The new arrival routine feels calmer. I now check the gate before greeting each family, and keep the handover notes beside the register. Shared the updated routine with parents last week.

Inclusion — Reviewed

Family photos by the play kitchen have prompted lovely conversations. One child preferred watching the group activity first; offering a small basket of the same materials nearby helped them join in at their own pace.

The story basket is getting used every morning since I changed the books. The book corner still feels busy when building play spills over. Try moving the low shelf to make a quieter space, then watch how the children use it.
